On each side of the layout, a flexible room adds versatility, with one serving as an additional bedroom and the other designed as a private home office space. A pair of full bathrooms, the mechanical room, and the staircase create a centered and practical flow.
These spaces receive soft natural light that filters through the level, ensuring natural light across the lower level and a relaxed daily living space.
A mudroom and laundry area connect the two-car carport to the rear entry, supporting a practical and organized daily flow.
