On each side of the layout, a flex room adds versatility, with one serving as an additional bedroom and the other designed as a private office. A pair of full bathrooms, the mechanical room, and the staircase create a centered and practical flow.
These spaces receive soft natural light that filters through the level, ensuring that even the lower floor feels bright and inviting.
A mudroom and laundry area connect the two-car carport to the rear entry, supporting a practical and organized daily routine.
Bedroom two is positioned at the front side of the home and enjoys beautiful exterior views, along with convenient access to the opposite end of the wraparound porch.
