We strive to process all orders for physical copies within 2-3 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeline. In cases of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in shipping. If significant delays occur, we will promptly notify you via email or phone. This processing time is only relevant to buyers purchasing the physical version of architectural packages.

Shipping costs for physical copies will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The charges will depend on the location of the buyer and will be the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping is only relevant to buyers who request a physical copy of the plans. For digital copies, worry not, as we deliver them worldwide.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Damages and Losses

The Hut Company cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged products for the claims process.
